The NC Strategy Building event took place in the magnificent Gabala city, right after the 3rd Summer Training Camp on 17 – 18th of August. The Strategy Building event gathered members of the National Committee of EYP Azerbaijan with an aim to establish a National Strategy for the upcoming 2 years of our organisation’s work and was facilitated by Janis Fifka. The main purpose of the event was to ensure a better understanding of the work done by our National Committee, challenges faced, long-term plans and objectives as well as to create a more effective structure and working plan for our organisation.
